All about Pizza – TomGEM presented at the TuttoPizza fair

In the frame of the TuttoPizza fair, a festival dedicated to food and pizza, taking place from May 21-23, 2018 in Naples, Italy, a talk corner will be organised to didactic and academic follow-ups related to the world of pizza and its ingredients. On May 23, 2018, TomGEM project partner Prof. Luigi Frusciante (University of Naples “Federico II” – UNINA) will talk about tomato quality and how it can be affected by climate change. The talk addresses the general public, chefs as well as technical staff from food services. In this circumstance, the TomGEM project will be presented with its main aspects, aims, its influence on the tomato crop and first results of the project.
